New Cosmos House in Loriguilla: 3D Construction Serving Organic Design

At Cosmos 3D, we continue to demonstrate that 3D construction is not the future, but a present filled with real possibilities. Today, we present a new Cosmos House residence that will begin execution in the coming months in Loriguilla (Valencia, Spain). Promoted by Francisco Javier, he has firmly backed Cosmos 3D technology to bring to life a home with a highly distinctive architectural personality.

The project will be developed and executed jointly by Cosmos 3D and Obralia, integrating architecture, design, digital fabrication, and construction into a single continuous process.

Connection with the Environment and Geometric Freedom

Designed on a single level, the residence is conceived to convey tranquility, privacy, and a seamless connection between inside and outside. Large glazed surfaces open the architecture toward the garden and swimming pool, turning the outdoor spaces into a natural extension of the home.

The main defining element of the project lies in the prominence of organic forms and leveraging the design freedom offered by 3D concrete printing:

• Walls with Their Own Identity: Perimeter enclosures are no longer just simple walls, transforming instead into essential architectural components.
• Living Textures and Volumes: Curved geometries integrate planters and vegetation directly into the structure.
• Scenographic Lighting: As night falls, indirect lighting highlights the shadows and unique texture of the 3D-printed concrete, giving the architecture a new dimension.
