COSMOS + House

The COSMOS+ modular construction system begins with the target of show the great productivity and efficiency of COSMOS 3D printers, beyond creating the basis of a modular construction system based on 3D printed parts to offer highly versatile housing solutions. The modular system affords the facile configuration of expansible spaces owing to its compatibility, whereas additive manufacturing facilitates the generation of bespoke modules for the clientele, thereby imparting a personalized essence to each residence.

Showroom Cosmos Brasil

The COSMOS 3D technology opens up numerous possibilities for design studies and form flexibility, allowing the imagination of architects, designers, and clients to soar. Its remarkable capacity to create curved and organic shapes, avoiding right angles – a recurring challenge in conventional construction – stands out as one of the great advantages of 3D concrete printing. This technology, in addition to overcoming obstacles, presents a notable aesthetic advantage, enabling the conception of differentiated and innovative elements. In a universe where creativity is the only limitation, COSMOS 3D redefines the residential construction scene, encouraging the pursuit of distinct, inspiring designs with infinite possibilities.

House Expo Construction Offsite São Paulo

At the Expo Construçao Offsite in São Paulo, Brazil, an innovative Cosmos 3D house with a total area of 90 m² was presented. This house was built with 3D technology in only 6 days and its assembly was completed in 4 additional days. The architecture and design was carried out by Cosmos 3D specialists, highlighting the potential of 3D printing to revolutionise the construction industry quickly and efficiently. The project was supported by Lider who supplied the furniture, Libra who supplied the window frames and Crissair who supplied the appliances.

Valencia Cosmos House

Valencia Cosmos House is much more than a house; it is a piece of architecture born of innovation and creativity. This pioneering concept in the use of 3D printing in construction offers a unique multi-sensory experience. Every corner is carefully designed to immerse its residents in a personal and exclusive environment, never seen before. The avant-garde architecture is 100% customised, adapting to the tastes and needs of those who live there, reflecting their personality and lifestyle in every detail.

In addition, the integration of intelligent technologies within the space redefines what it means to live in a 21st century home, adding comfort and efficiency. Valencia Cosmos House not only challenges traditional expectations of what a home can be, but also elevates the concept to new levels of sophistication and functionality. This project is a testament to how technology and design can come together to create something exceptional, offering a home that goes beyond expectations and redefines the standards of comfort and modernity in everyday living.

Bahía Cosmos House

Bahia’s Cosmos House, built with the innovative Cosmos 3D technology, is an impressive example of how technology can transform residential construction. With a floor area of 57 m2, this home features an integrated living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an outdoor laundry area. Every detail has been carefully designed to maximise the use of space and provide a comfortable and modern environment for its inhabitants.

In addition, the house was transported to the paradisiacal destination of Alameda do Araripe, in Santo Antônio, Bahia, demonstrating the flexibility and adaptability of 3D printed constructions. This project not only highlights the advanced capabilities of Cosmos 3D technology, but also offers a fast and efficient solution to meet the growing demand for housing in challenging locations. Bahia’s Cosmos House is a testament to the future of sustainable and efficient construction.

Windmill House l Concept House

The Windmill House is a remarkable conceptual project of futuristic architectural design. Its shape mimics that of a windmill, with blades extending from the central core of the house. These blades not only give the house a unique appearance but also serve a functional purpose: they can be equipped with solar panels on their surface, maximizing solar energy utilization throughout the day. The concrete printing system of Cosmos 3D allows you to materialize bold and creative projects.

Affordable House

The versatility of design, construction efficiency, and sustainability focus make homes printed by COSMOS 3D a promising response to the need for affordable housing worldwide, with the aim of reducing the world’s housing deficit. These houses can be tailored to the standards of different countries, providing comfort and functionality while being built quickly and sustainably. They represent the future of affordable housing, combining quality, affordability, and sustainability to strengthen communities and enhance the quality of life for families.

Printed Mansions

The constructive efficiency of Cosmos 3D printing high-end homes enables a multitude of customized designs, through modular parts that perfectly align with the owners’ most exclusive tastes, allowing for a variety of home configurations. This approach reflects the essence of ‘Less is more’, adding a touch of refinement and introducing a new paradigm in construction. In this scenario, luxury is redefined in harmony with the environment, expanding horizons and erecting genuine and highly sustainable residences.
Printing on modular pieces offers architects the perfect canvas for designing unique structures, adorned with intricate details and innovative shapes. This process unites simplicity, authenticity, innovation and a deep care for the planet, shaping a new concept of luxury, where the balance between functionality, sustainability and aesthetics is paramount.

Belo Horizonte Hair Salon

In partnership with Hauz Construções, Cosmos 3D built and installed the 3D cladding wall for the new Laces & Hair salon in Belo Horizonte. The 3D wall was manufactured in 18 hours and is composed of Portland cement, sand of selected granulometry and special additives, which make it highly resistant.

The initiative is in line with the commitment to sustainability that the Laces brand is committed to, and which in turn fits perfectly with the concept of sustainable progress that Cosmos 3D has always defended, making our partnership a perfect match of shared values.

Large-format laboratory tables for HOLCIM

Our components will compose 5 large-format tables that replicate the HOLCIM group’s logo. This multinational corporation has engaged our services for the laboratories that LafargeHolcim will establish in their new mortar factory, dedicated to sustainable construction, in Toledo. Situated in Villasequilla (Toledo), the facility will host its dedicated research center for the development of novel mortars geared towards sustainable construction. This center will facilitate research into new applications such as industrialized construction, advanced solutions for building settlement and waterproofing, as well as 3D printing.
