Having met the applicable legal requirements, Cosmos 3D is granted unitary effect in the Register for the protection of the European Unitary Patent, conferring an exclusive right in all participating Member States of the European Union from the date of grant (08/28/2025).
Having fulfilled the requirements of Law 24/2015, of 24 July, on Patents, a Utility Model is granted to Cosmos 3D, granting an exclusive right throughout the national territory (Spain) for ten years from 17/02/2022. The grant is made without prejudice to third parties and without guarantee from the State on the validity and usefulness of the object.
Cosmos 3D technology is recognised as being of preferential origin in the European Union (EU), having met the requirements set out in Article 80 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/2447. By registering in the REX system, Cosmos 3D is authorised to declare this origin for the included products.
