Discover Cosmos 3D’s global hubs
The main headquarters and the birthplace of the entire Cosmos 3D project. From this strategic hub, the global vision, international strategy, objectives, and work plans that drive the company’s growth are defined. Here, partnerships are coordinated, expansion models are designed, technical standards are developed, operations are planned, and the overall functioning of the Cosmos 3D ecosystem is managed. It is the core from which ideas emerge, the brand is built, and its global presence is expanded, acting as the true center of management and international projection for Cosmos 3D.
The center where the Cosmos 3D team researches, develops, and manufactures Cosmos 3D construction systems. This facility is where our 3D concrete precast printers — Cosmos X-I, Cosmos X-I Lite, and Cosmos LAB take shape, the result of continuous engineering and technological refinement. It is a place where innovation becomes tangible reality, bringing to life the tools that are redefining the future of 3D construction. From this location, equipment is supplied to the various international branches.
The hub for the manufacturing and commercialization of 3D concrete precast elements in Spain. Managed by IT3D Group, this facility produces modules, structural elements for housing, and customized solutions tailored to each project. Using the Cosmos X-I system, precast elements have been created for iconic projects such as Sierra Calderona Cosmos House, Cat Shelters, and the CD Acero 3D Cafeteria, establishing this site as a reference for the practical application of Cosmos 3D technology.
This facility is the nerve center for 3D concrete precast production in Brazil, where Cosmos 3D technology merges with the local expertise of KATZ Construções to bring projects of all kinds to life. From housing and urban furniture to fully customized concrete solutions, each piece embodies innovation, precision, and quality. Notable projects produced here include Bahía Cosmos House and Expo Cosmos House in São Paulo, consolidating its role as a regional benchmark in 3D construction.
Located in Lisbon, this Cosmos 3D facility is the main hub in Portugal and a benchmark for 3D construction in luxury housing. In partnership with Litehaus, it produces custom modules, high-end homes, urban furniture, and concrete solutions, blending innovation and design to drive sustainable and efficient building in Portugal.
Based in Concepción, this is Cosmos 3D’s first factory in Chile and a recent addition to its international network. Equipped with Cosmos 3D construction printers, it develops affordable housing, 3D modules, and custom concrete solutions, driving the expansion of 3D construction throughout South America.
The prestigious McMaster University, internationally recognized for its excellence in research and innovation and ranked among the top universities in North America, acquired a customized Cosmos X-I system in 2025. This construction system is used for advanced research, development, and manufacturing of 3D concrete precast elements with specific properties. Its work lines include studies on seismic-resistant modules and resilient structures, designed to enhance safety and sustainability in high-risk environments. In this space, science and engineering converge to redefine the boundaries of 3D construction.
