The Brasil Cosmos Social House, located in São Simão (São Paulo), is the first 3D-printed social housing unit in Brazil and a milestone in the future of affordable construction. Developed by Cosmos 3D as part of CDHU’s Public Call 001/2025, this 58 m² home includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, and was built using a fully industrialized and sustainable approach. Its structure was printed in just 4 days, assembled in 2, and completed within 20 days—showcasing the speed and precision of the Cosmos 3D construction system.
Made with high-performance concrete and highly efficient processes, the home reduces construction waste by up to 99%. This project not only provides a dignified, durable, and comfortable housing solution, but also redefines how we approach social housing through technological innovation. The Cosmos Social House is a powerful response to the growing demand for affordable, sustainable, and high-quality housing—setting a new benchmark in public housing and responsible architecture.
