Ville Des Lacs is the setting for a historic milestone in Latin American architecture: the first luxury home built with 3D concrete printing in Brazil. This disruptive project—the result of a strategic alliance between Cosmos 3D and LR Empreendimentos—redefines construction industry standards by merging impeccable aesthetics with unprecedented technical efficiency in the high-end sector.
Spanning 4,520 sq. ft. (420 m²), the residence challenges traditional real estate conventions. Thanks to Cosmos 3D’s 3D concrete prefabrication system, 2,690 sq. ft. (250 m²) of the concrete structure was manufactured in a record time of just 11 days, reducing the total delivery timeline from 18 months to only 8. This radical optimization not only minimizes investment risk but also ensures millimeter precision and a level of creative freedom in curved design that would be unattainable through traditional manual methods.
More than just a residence, this project in Nova Lima represents a new paradigm in sustainability and technology. By streamlining material use and automating complex processes, the build stands as a global benchmark for efficiency. This iconic villa proves that the future of luxury construction is already here, transforming contemporary architecture into a discipline where digital innovation and architectural elegance converge in perfect harmony.
