Cosmos 3D and Obralia seal a strategic partnership to revolutionize industrialized construction in Spain

Obralia - Cosmos 3D
  • The agreement, signed by our CEO Rubén García and Anton Zahorulko, includes the acquisition of a Cosmos Y15 machine for Vinaròs and marks the starting point of our national expansion.
  • Thanks to this partnership, we can now offer comprehensive turnkey solutions that cover the entire value chain: from industrialized manufacturing to the final execution and delivery of the project.

At Cosmos 3D, we are taking a giant leap forward in our national growth strategy after reaching a solid strategic partnership with the business group led by Anton Zahorulko, which includes companies such as Obralia. The agreement, personally signed by our CEO, Rubén García, and Anton Zahorulko, goes far beyond a conventional commercial transaction: it lays the foundations for an ambitious plan to boost the construction sector in our country.

The first milestone: acquiring Cosmos Y15 technology in Vinaròs

This strategic plan already has its first major practical exponent with the acquisition by Obralia of a Cosmos Y15 machine, scheduled for installation in the first quarter of 2027 in Vinaròs.

This strategic move allows us to consolidate a dual benchmark hub in the Valencian Community through our plants in Vinaròs and Quartell (Valencia). From these centers, we will drive a cutting-edge production model that combines concrete prefabrication, automation, and our 3D concrete printing technology applied to architecture and building construction.

Turnkey solutions: comprehensive capability from factory to final delivery

The true differential value of this partnership lies in our ability to cover the entire value chain, spanning from industrialized manufacturing to the execution and final turnkey delivery of the project.

Through this integration, Cosmos 3D no longer only contributes our cutting-edge technology, automation, and industrial expertise, but thanks to Obralia’s structure, experience, and operational capacity as an executing arm, we can bring projects to life from start to finish. This allows us to offer our clients a truly turnkey solution for the development of housing, residential developments, hotels, and large buildings, efficiently combining 3D-printed elements, prefabricated systems, and conventional construction wherever necessary.

Manufacture, build, and deliver. This partnership allows us to transform our technology into fully completed realities ready for the market, optimizing timelines, reducing costs, and raising quality standards.

National expansion to address the housing deficit

Far from being limited to these first two factories, the agreement includes an ambitious national expansion plan aimed at deploying new production centers across different parts of Spain and securing industrial capacity close to future projects.

In a context marked by the severe housing deficit currently affecting Spain, both companies share a single vision: solving this requires more than just manufacturing faster—we need to industrialize, build, and deliver complete projects at competitive prices. With Vinaròs as our starting point and Quartell consolidating our footprint in the Valencian Community, we are charting a clear roadmap to lead construction toward an increasingly industrialized, scalable, and sustainable environment.

At Cosmos 3D, we are clear that we are not just talking about installing machines or manufacturing precast elements; we are talking about building. And we do so by uniting technology, industry, and execution capacity under a single strategy to transform the future of construction in Spain.
